The Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands (BOIB) has formally announced the creation of the Nautical Committee of the Balearic Islands, a body long advocated by the nautical sector and led by its business association, AENIB.
In January, the archipelago experienced a 10% increase in recreational boat registrations, contrasting with a national decline of 18.9%.
So far this year, 1,059 recreational boats have been registered in the Balearic Islands, a figure almost identical to exactly one year ago when 1,056 registrations were recorded.
AENIB represented the Balearic nautical sector at the annual Business Gala organized by CAEB. The event, attended by 400 people, highlighted the effort and investment in innovation and digital transformation of the Balearic entrepreneurs.
