PALMA INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW 2023

From 27/04/23 to 30/04/23

Palma International Boat Show turns the Balearic Islands into a focal point of professional and recreational yachting, and hosts presentations of globally renown products of an industry that is considered strategic for the economy of the Balearic Islands. Apart from exhibiting vessels of new construction, equipment and nautical services, the show has a large exhibition of yachts over 24 m of length and an area dedicated to refit and repair companies.

THE SUPERYACHT CUP PALMA

Top-level yacht racing is set to go ahead at Superyacht Cup Palma (SYC) 2021 with a new-look event adapted to local pandemic restrictions. Organisers have put the focus firmly on the racing in the Bay of Palma with the shoreside venue relocating to Superyacht Cup’s long-standing race management collaborator Real Club Nautico De Palma (RCNP).

39ª COPA DEL REY VELA MAPFRE

Copa del Rey Mapfre is a major event, boasting of more 2000 participants from more 30 countries, and over 3000 persons involved in the regatta on a daily basis, both shoreside and at sea. Publication of the Notice of Race earlier in the year marks the official start of the event, hosted by the Real Club Náutico de Palma.

CANNES YACHTING FESTIVAL

Since 1977, the Yachting Festival has been held every year in September in the sparkling bay of Cannes, in a luxurious and elegant universe. It is the first show of the nautical season, the most important meeting afloat in Europe, bringing together the actors of navigation who exhibit their many new products in preview.

IBIZA JOYSAIL 2022

Ibiza JoySail is a new and exciting sailing event in one of Europe´s most exclusive destinations. STP Shipyard and Marina Ibiza welcome the sailors and guests for four days of thrilling racing and excellent events.

MONACO YACHT SHOW

Since 1991, Monaco Yacht Show, which has been committed to promoting creative excellence in the world of superyachts, has brought together the main players in international yachting in a unique setting.

In this new edition, the Monaco Boat Show has developed its thematic exhibition areas with the desire to offer its visitors a complete immersion in the world of superyachts.

METSTRADE
From November 15 to 17

The METSTRADE Show is the world's largest trade show for marine equipment, materials and systems. In addition to the nautical leisure industry in general, this international show has room for three more specialized sectors: superyachts, marinas and refits, which are encompassed within three specialized pavilions, each of which offers a smaller independent exhibition within the larger context of METSTRADE Show.

BOOT DÜSSELDORF

From January 21 to 29, 2023

boot Düsseldorf has been the homeport and powerhouse of international water sports for 53 years. It offers navigation in all its facets from January 21 to 29, 2023 and has the best brands on board. Both sailers and power boaters will find a wide range of boats here, from speedboats and beginners' boats to luxury yachts.

ASAMBLEA ANUAL AENIB 2021

AENIB will hold its Annual General Meeting online due to the current health situation. A large number of representatives of the associated companies will assist in the meeting and have also a chance to enjoy a presentation by the professor of Applied Economics at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), Doctor Antoni Riera.

VALENCIA BOAT SHOW

Since its first edition, Valencia Boat Show has combined the sale of boats and accessories with nautical exhibitions, technical talks and presentations. With three different areas for professionals and the general public, the boat show has created an area dedicated to the exhibition of new boats, engines, electronics, services and maintenance, with direct access to the sea. In addition to a work space with a sheet of water designed for professionals, and focused on connoisseur visitors and users of nautical and professionals in the sector.

 II REGATA ALCUDIAMAR-PROJECTE HOME BALEARS

Boats from different yacht clubs on the island take part in the Alcudiamar Cup for Projecte Home Balears, a regatta with a strong ethos of solidarity. The entire proceeds are destined in benefit of the entity “Projecte Home”, which focuses on prevention and treatment of addictions and social rehabilitation of persons affected by them.

REGATTA “ILLES BALEARS CLÀSSICS”

The regatta “Illes Balears Clàssics” will turn once again the Bay of Palma into a beautiful show of classic yachts charging along at full sail. The event, organized by Club de Mar – Mallorca, will regain its usual format of three days of racing from 11th to 14th of August.

BARCELONA INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW

The organizer “Fira Barcelona” is preparing for the new edition of the Barcelona International Boat Show with a view to gather together in the Port Vell of Barcelona a great selection of yachts and latest products of the major brands in yachting, as well as to attract domestic and international customers, key stakeholders of the sector and to showcase once again its status as one of the most important nautical events in Spain and across Europe.

JAUME VERMELL: 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF CAP CAMARAT

The model Cap Camarat of Jeanneau turns 40. Jaume Vermell will organize an exclusive event on the beach of Es Trenc to celebrate the 40th anniversary of this yacht model, globally renowned for providing a perfect balance between performance and comfort.

BLUE GENERATION

The company Sea Teach participates in the International Conference of the BlueGeneration Project, which will take place on September 29 at the Mallorca Chamber of Commerce. A conference where experts from organizations in the blue sector will discuss the opportunities and needs of the sector, in addition to publicizing the itineraries that exist for young people towards a future blue career.

CONGRESS OF NAVAL ENGINEERING AND MARITIME INDUSTRY

The Association of Naval and Oceanic Engineers of Spain (AINE) celebrates in Palma its 61st National Congress of Naval Engineering and Maritime Industry. This year, naval and maritime industry professionals in Spain will attend more than 35 presentations and round tables that will be held under the theme “The sea. Green impulse towards decarbonization”.

A SEA OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT

On May 24, AENIB members are invited to attend a virtual round table entitled 'The nautical sector of the Balearic Islands: a sea of ​​opportunities for training and employment', through which it will be announced to companies of the nautical sector all the services of the SOIB in the matter of training and occupation.

BALEARIC YACHT SHOW 2021

This year's edition will be a little bit different, as we will be joining forces with Palma International Boat Show to create a full experience both online and off. We are also preparing more superb conferences and workshops as well as some exciting new networking features.
